The business problem was two-fold: how can they stand out in a standardized technical industry? And how can they get a larger share of repair assignments in a shrinking repair pool?

Outcomes: ExtremelyOnline generated a strategy designed to boost trust and share of mind among GTA drivers before accidents ever happened. How? By owning online what their competitors couldn’t: over 60 years of family-run repair excellence in the GTA, and turning the black box of autobody repair shops into a window for customers and potential customers to learn about the process.
